One of my regular places to grab breakfast on the weekend, Jinky’s has a good range of dishes to satisfy anyone. I have had a couple of the omelettes, both of the breakfast sandwiches and have tasted a few of the chili dishes. Everything is tasty and I haven’t had anything I didn’t like there.

One feature is their rotating chili menu. Everyday they list their chili offerings which come as part of many of their dishes, as well as by itself. There are meat, poultry and veggie options to accomodate everyone.

Weekends are very popular, although a wait of more than 20 minutes seems rare. The best time to get there is before 10:00 when the crowds begin to gather. There is a Jinky’s in the Valley too, but I have never been there.
