		<description>I absolutely agree with you on the varying quality levels. I am down in Huntington Beach regularly and I think that is the first Wahoo's I tried. Quality overall seems to be getting better, but there was a rough patch a couple years ago, even my OC relatives noticed.</description>

		<description>I've found that the quality of food at Wahoo's can vary by location.  The locations in Fullerton, Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach always seem to be on point whenever I've been there.  But maybe that's because the Lam brothers [who live in Orange County] have been known to pay visits to their OC stores.</description>
