		<description>i came across this post trying to see if anyone else had problems with this blowing up in their microwave?!?  I've tried this dish twice, and all i have to say, is that i put it in tuperware, leave the top slightly open, and somewhere around a minute the thing explodes - every time - and its a helluva mess!</description>

I did take this tip, bought the stuff (remembering your description) and cooked up whatever vegetables were on hand with half  the a package, then tossed the mess with cold noodles.  Noodle salad!  Since I share my refrigerator with a less spice-tolerant mouth, I cut the heat of the curry with a spoonful of peanut-butter.  Yes, that old trick.  

I completely agree that this item is a winner.  It's delicious, versatile, and recipie-inspiring.  Back to TJ's!</description>
