I must blog about issues I’m not going associating with my ‘work’ self. Just how do i select a blog host with a good anonymity record, put simply, I don’t want so that it is feasible for people to complement my IP address or access my personal details.. Also, having set the blog up, how can you encourage high volume visitors?. I’ve only used LJ before and I want to try something somewhat different, but anonymity will be the biggest issue for me personally. Would welcome suggestions of fine free blog hosts..

We had a window of free time today so we went back to Nem Nuong Ninh Hoa for lunch-dinner. We ordered the Dac Bet again (terrific!) and I gave the soda chanh a second chance.

A funny thing happened on my way to the soda chanh. I asked our server (who I think is also an owner) to make it really strong. He said, “Yeah, I heard.” ($%&*!)

Then he went on to ask me if I wanted a margarita and if he should rim the glass with salt!

He did it in a very funny way, no hard feelings at all, and the second time around it was a perfectly puckery and flavorful soda chanh. I like LOTS of fresh-squeezed lemon and they delivered. My mate also enjoyed his iced coffee.

Just wanted to add a note since the meal was just as good as it was the first time and they are happy to cater to requests — although it may come with a little good-natured ribbing.
