Hmmm. The AP is reporting today that candies laced with vitamins is the big new trend out of this year’s All Candy Expo in Chicago.
The reporter notes that Jelly Belly Candy Co.’s “Sport Beans” (spiked with vitamins C and E plus 120 milligrams of electrolytes) is the trend’s bellweather.
Looks like close to 200 major news outlets have already picked up the story. Good thing we didn’t write about that development here Tuesday night. That would spoil all the fun!
