Best Latte Art in L.A. ?

I need a coffee…
All I can think about is the mocha poured by Bob, a barista at Victrola in Seattle.
This is one of the downsides of flickr… You know, seeing something you must have but then having to leave your computer and cross state lines to get it.
So, here’s my question: Where can I get a great coffee, that’s also beautifully poured, in L.A.?

Want a sweet cappucino with a lovely foam art heart (they kind you get in coffee shops in Italy)? Then head for Swork Coffee. Modern Design hounds will also love Swork, on Colorado in Eagle Rock. In addition to cappucino art, great Scandinanvian style, and delicious coffee, purchased from small farms, they have wi-fi access, homemade pastries, and a kid play room for the hip moms.

I’ve been to Swork a couple of times and it is a neat place! Also, be sure to check out the taco catering truck often parked near by on the street corner. Good simple stuff with a price that can’t be beat.

if you’re on the westside, the conservatory on washington blvd makes great coffee (though not sure about that crazy foam art)

I like swork too, but have never ordered anything that had foam on it.
The only place in LA that I’ve gotten foam art (and I’ve been to A LOT of coffee houses in LA) is Psychobabble in Los Feliz.
One time it was a stylized heart and the other time it was a yin-yang.

A second Swork is opening soon at 2138 Verdugo Rd in North Glendale, a block east of Zeke’s BBQ in the Montrose area. The signs have been in the windows for months now, but I asked the guy installing the security alarm, and he said it’s opening in two weeks.
