He’s typically tasty to read, but in his City Beat column this week, Donnell Alexander torches livers.
A one-time Dave Eggers protege, Alexander may himself prefer margaritas and Jameson on the rocks, but in Last Call the columnist brings the pain with some cheap and nasty mixed drinks, from some of the “most tastefully low-class minority alcoholics (he) knows.”
Ingredients for the Adios Motherfucker, Nazi Taco, Smackdown and Incredible Hulk are given to us raw. The Spill Mat, I believe, is familiar terrain to anyone who has ever worked in a bar.
