		<description>I glad you guys like my site.  These places are disappearing rapidly and we all really need to patronize these classic places or my site will eventually become all RIPs.  Just recently the 2nd St. Redwood Saloon closed. You'd think with all the office crowd downtown, a historic place like that would be booming. As I go through my list of places to explore (which are listed on the site) I find at least half of the places have closed in the last five years. I'd urge everyone check out these sites. You don't stay in business 50 to 70 years without having great food and ambiance!</description>

		<description>That's fun.  More than local history, it's a reminder of great places I've been to, and a bunch I've always meant to get to.

I was delighted to find San Gabriel's Petrillo's Pizza on the list.  I've only been a few times, but if you like your crust bready and chewy--it's the best.  It reminds me of thick Chicago pizza, which ain't easy to find 'round these hills.</description>
