Boule Beckons Lunchers: Sandwiches, Free Scoops
Thursday, August 11, 2005 19:34Boule Patissierre has already set the Los Angeles pastry scene ablaze with its miraculous macarons, gorgeous gelatos and sorbets. Today the little blue and brown boutique on La Cienega announced that it will begin offering sandwiches to the hungry lunch crowd in the area. The lunch menu features:
Heirloom Tomato, Tapenade, Ricotta Salata ![]()
sliced tomatoes, ricotta, ollive tapenade, frisee with a lemon-shallot vinaigrette on ciabatta
Goat Cheese, Golden Beets, Haricot Vert
herbed goat cheese, roasted beets, haricot vert, toasted almonds on nut bread
BLT
Boule’s version contains bacon lardons, tomato compote, herb ailoi, romaine on focaccia
Prosciutto Brie
Sliced prosciutto, creme de la creme brie, and melon on baguette
Curry Chicken
Poached chicken dressed with curry ailoi, cucumber raita on ciabatta
Sorry, no price info yet. All the breads are baked at Boule and feature Chino Ranch produce. Customers who come in for a sandwich will receive a complimentary scoop of artisanal ice cream until August 31.

Boule is amazing and I’m SO esxcited about them serving sandwiches.. Do they serve them all day or is this just a lunch thing? Has anyone tried them yet?
