I highly recommend Eat Well's "Big Mess" as well! The best hangover breakfast I've yet to find! It's a giant scramble of all things good and breakfasty. Potato, sausage, cheddar, and self-described on their menu, "along with anything else (they) can find!" Very satisfying, and perfect for sharing with someone with a side of choice. Even better than the (sometimes) overly-sweet Griddle.

My mother in law makes this, I had never heard of it before, and I absolutely fell in love with it. Then, to my delight, I found out that Don Chuy's, on Washington Place in Mar Vista, also serves it.

Migas and chilaqules are different. Migas has the chips cooked in the eggs. Chilaqules is the chips laid down, then the eggs, then red sauce. What you have picture looks more like migas.
