Councilmember Eric Garcetti, who represents the Thirteenth Council District which includes Glassell Park, Atwater Village, Elysian Valley, Echo Park, Historic Filipinotown, Silver Lake, East Hollywood and Hollywood, distributed an E*news letter this morning.
Many items of interest, but foodies in this part of town may be keen to note the following:

Perhaps you could update this? looking for information, and it opens on 10/13 - more than simply a planning event. I’m not exactly sure where, but between 3 & 7
