We ended up with the Domaine Michelot Bourgogne 2002 and the Verget Vallons de Martin 2003. Both are around $19 are great examples of white burgundy without losing your shirt in the process. But i highly recommend making the effort to get to a high end white Burgundy tasting if you ever have the chance.
