Enzo’s my friend is the worst…..SO acidic is the gravy on the pizza….I mean “sauce”.

At the end of the day you get NY Pizza in NYC and that’s that.

Sorry, but Lamonica’s kicks butt when it comes to whole pizzas. Much bigger, much cheaper, and much better. Crust that’s eatable and gobs of cheese and grease make it one of the only good pizza places in LA.

Um, I live in Boston, and trust me — advertising the fact that you use the local water in your pizzaria is NOT something that folks around here would respond well to!
In fact, there’s even a song called ‘Dirty Water’ that became the Boston Red Sox un-official theme song the year that they won the World Series!

I second the notion of “LA Style” pizza. California Pizza Kitchen? I dunno…

As an aside, I have never found Chicago style pizza in LA that measures up to Chicago style pizza in Chicago.

How many more must die in the pizza wars?

LA will never get “east coast style” pizza right; pizzerias here should accept that and work on “LA Style” pizza.
I’m a NY’er. not once in my life have I gone to a pizzeria there for “Chicago style” pizza.
