I was able to find rhubarb late this summer as well, but these stalks are thicker and seem more like rhubarb "should" be. I can't wait to stew some and serve with icecream!

I always, without fail, miss Good Food. And despite the fact that I subscribe to the podcast, I rarely listen to it. So, thanks for linking the Cookbook Critic, especially since she's working her way through recipes from a book I've thumbed through a few times now.
