Beatrice - I'm not sure why you'd go to the location, as they don't sell directly (their website only lists a PO Box). Last time I talked to the folks who run the place (in January) they'd moved their candy kitchen to a new location. (I think they'd been sharing space somewhere in Encino before that.)

Did you look at the Health Dept. for Plush Puffs or for "To Your Heart's Content" which I think is the catering company this business sprung from?

I tried to go to plush puffs factory. [address removed], but only found a house.
I then went to Los Angeles county looking for a health license and didn't find anything.
I sure hope that they aren't making them out of their garage.
please let me know if you find any info.

Joans on Third also has the Little Flower Caramels. I've tried the vanilla ones. I am a caramel fiend, but I was a bit disappointed in the texture -- a little too soft. But very rich and luxurious in flavour.

Be warned, they are quite expensive, too.
