		<description>I know!  If they didn't tell me it was a mint cookie, I never would have guessed what it was.  The texture came out to be more like a thin wafer.  While there was a very slight minty taste, it really didn't seem like a mint cookie to me.  Not that I minded as I covered it all with the creme anglaise and the fudge that came out of the cake!</description>
