In-N-Out Burger Heiress Reacts

Animal style is right.

In-N-Out execs filed a reactionary lawsuit following that of Richard Boyd’s five days ago. They’re accusing the company director and trustee of fraud and embezzlement.

Boyd’s lawsuit accused In-N-Out heir Lynsi Martinez, 23, of conspiring with some executives to force out her 86-year-old grandmother.

Martinez said in a statement that Boyd’s lawsuit “contains outright lies and awful inaccuracies to try to cover his own errors. By far, the most upsetting is his fabrication about the relationship between me and my gramma.” Her grandmother, Martinez said, should “continue to serve as president as long as she desires.”
