There's a place on Westwood called California Fresh - it's actually a Greek take-out place but they do an amazing paper-thin crust pizza - it's called the "skinny special" or something like that...

I love the ultra thin crusts at Pit Fire Pizza downtown. The only downside to super thin crusts is that they get soggy quickly so they don't make very good leftovers.

Oh M, I feel for you. Food allergies/intolerances are a major drag.

I love thin crust, but I don't like to eat a pizza-flavoured cracker...

When I want pizza (which is rarely), La Buca is the place for me. It's all about the sauce.
Also Pace on Laurel Canyon does some organic/gourmet ones and is somehwat closer to my home.

I love pizza. There is no bad pizza. I can not recall a slice of pizza I did not enjoy (when I used to eat it). Unfortunatly, I am cursed with the intollerance of the dairy :(.

I like the thin crusts. Actually, Buca di Beppo has a really good Margherita Pizza. I don't usually order pizza when I go to Italian places, but when I steal some from the people I'm eating with, they're tasty.

I like Frankie and Johnnies, but there's is more pizza parlor traditional than what you're asking for.

I typically like thick and deep dish pizzas. But I also like the think crusted pizza from Papa John's! muhah! Really, I'll eat any kind of pizza. Definitely one of my fast food vices. ;)
