Temari Sushi in Los Angeles?

I came across this while browsing through some Flickr photos, temari sushi:

temari sushi, a super simple way to make sushi at home. just lay down a square of plastic wrap (or cloth handkerchief, if you must), place your topping in the middle then about 2 tablespoonfuls of sushi rice on top of that. gather the corners of the wrap or hanky, twist, and form a tight ball. sushi!
from back to front: shiso (perilla) leaf with salmon roe, kim chi, ika cuttlefish roll with shiso, salmon, yellowtail, seaweed and roe. Source

Does anyone know where they serve this kind of sushi locally?

It looks like a great bite sized answer to the sometimes oversized nigiri around here. I have heard that in Japan, the nigiri is much more manageable and you don’t look like you are playing a game of “chubby bunny” when you eat a piece.

Ok this may be WAY late, but the Fishlips sushi truck that hangs out around the west side has temari sushi!

Loiuse- Awesome, thanks for giving the update! Have you tried Fishlips? I might have to track them down.
