Ohh another tip. It is hard to tell from your photos but make sure to slice the meat across the grain. This will make it more tender and keep the strips from pulling out of the tortilla when you bite into it.

I have had the pollo asada, it's very good. We did it on the grill in a similar manner to the carne.

I love their Carne Asada. Just had it for the first time over the weekend, and it was so delicious. It cost me $12.01 for about 1 3/4 lb. package here in the northeast. I can't wait to have it again.

Anyone try their Polo Asada?

Kristy - BBQ at our place for sure, 'tis the season!

Albert - It defnitely has some spice, but it's not overwhelming

Max- It was good, and since it's thin it's pretty easy to cook instead of dealing with a thick steak.

Peter - Thanks for the tip, there are a bunch of carniceria places on the Westside, I'm just not sure which are the good ones.

Oh, man -- that looks fantastic. I would not usually cook stuff like that, but now that you've shown me how, I just have to give it a try. Thanks, Jonah!
Thanks also Albert ^ for describing the spice level as it sounds like I could probably handle it.
