Mine isn't, so I called and the guy was like how can I help you, so I explained I was told if my 7-11 didn't do the free slurpee, they'd send a coupon and he was like, "Nope, we aren't doing that sorry." So ya, kinda mad about that. Just confirming, they do not give a free slurpee coupon over the phone if your’s is not doing this.
