Mar Vista Farmer’s Market Opens August 6th

I got a note letting me know that another new Farmers Market is opening in town. Mar Vista will host a Sunday Market on Grandview between Venice and Pacific. (map)
Their website doesn’t give too much detail about which vendors will be there, but I anticipate that it will be a smaller market. Smaller markets aren’t necessarily a bad thing, in fact, it can be easier to get in and out with your produce when there are less stands.
Markets seem to be popping up everywhere, which I think is a good thing. I am curious how many markets our local farmers can support, although I know that many of them drive from not so local spots to be here.
