Try Hu's Sechuan on National in Palms. It's a little dive with great food in general. The beef noodle soup is served for lunch only and is a big bowl! Tender stewed beef and noodles over fresh baby spinach leaves with a flavorful spicy beef broth! Make sure they give you a little side of the pickled cabbage and marinated cucumber. Both compliment this soup!
