Although we try to keep things fresh here at la.foodblogging and post as often as possible, sometimes we realize that you might have to go elsewhere for your local food content. Lucky for you, there are plenty of kick ass writers who have their own sites. Many of them are listed on our sidebar to the right.

What if you don’t want to go look at each site everyday to see if they have posted something new? Well, have I got the site for you. And by got, I mean, I made the site specifically for you, you lazy non-websurfer. I give you:

You can check every morning, or every evening, or right before lunch, to see what new content has popped up on the local food sites. Click on the headlines and you are automagically transported to their site to read the whole article.

Los Angeles is the first focus of Digesty, I am currently putting together a New York version, then most likely a San Francisco version before moving to other gastro-cities.

We will also be building a Digesty for specific food topics, like Candy, vegetarian cooking, pushing the limits of food and other fun topics along the way.

As always, your feedback is appreciated, your kudos are cherished and your critiques are thrown in the trash (not really, your critiques are actually the most valuable).
