I'll be the first to admit that the Dodger Dog is more for my memories of the ballpark than anything else! 8-0

Check out this item from ESPN about Ballpark Food ...

Their comment about our famed Dodger Dogs ...
<em>
"The Dodger Dog receives an abundance of press -- usually from points west -- hailing it as the greatest ballpark dog in the majors. We've found it to be the most controversial food item in the big leagues, right after Rocky Mountain Oysters in Denver. Most stands in Dodger Stadium sell their dogs boiled, not grilled -- a sin that confines this City of Angels' weenie to the lower circles of ballpark food hell. To be fair to the legions of Dodger Dogs' faithful we also sampled a grilled Dodger Dog and found it bland, far too skinny, and pre-wrapped. That's strike four, by our count."

you failed to mention whether the hot dogs are grilled or not and that's a big omission. to a true baseball fan in southern california, these aren't just hot dogs, these are dodger dogs. but a true dodger dog has to be grilled, and from the pictures you posted it sure doesn't look like they grilled these dogs. that's not good. it's enough to keep me away from that section.

I haven't made it out to Dodger Stadium this season yet, so I don't know the current prices. Seems like the two Dodger dog, two soda, nachos, plus ticket is what you'd need to eat to break even with the cost of doing this as a walk-up (assuming tickets are available). Of course, that doesn't factor in the extra benefit of fun neighbors in your section!
