Hans is one talented chef. [Many moons ago I worked at Rockenwager on Main St. and never once did I get sick of the food. Maybe I just didn't work there long enough to reach the tipping point: I was fired immediately after Easter one year because I declined to pull a double shift that day (haha). What can I say...it was more important for me to make my siblings' Easter baskets. It was well worth it!]. Thanks for the appetizing post!
