I'm also working on a blog on Downtown and OC foodie-friendly places, and highly recommend a little cheese shop called "Frog's Breath" in the City of Orange. With 3 people behind the counter & 1 in the kitchen, and only 2 people ahead of me, it took 35 minutes to get service. Why? Simple -- the staff totally ignored the "please take a number if we appear busy" sign, repeatedly serviced walk-up and ignored those waiting with numbers. Cheese is great. Service stinks!
