I called 30 days ahead at 10am sharp and got our table for 2 about a minute later. Unlike Pizzeria Mozza, you can hear each other talk. Of course, the food was great as we expected. Going with my philosophy of ordering what I don't normally eat or cook, the pig trotters and sweetbreads were great. The Burrata was amazing. I called at 3pm for a Wednesday night reservation (30 days from today) and got a four top for 6:30pm. there were five callers in front of me.
