Call my crazy, but I do love walking in LA - especially walking to dinner. The steak fries in pork fat are so so wrong and yet so so so right - each delectable bite of them. My Old School burger on the brioche bun was done to perfection. My dinner partner's Mini Croque left a lot to be desired in my book. The big thumbs down is the noise though. It was next-to-impossible to carry on a conversation. I look forward to the the initial crush of looky-loos subsiding so I can once again walk to Laurel Tavern.
