Thanks for stopping by, I know!!! I’m sorta having an identity crisis because of that exact same reality and me finally getting a domain (glutster? but I built so much notoriety with the ‘teenage’!, ha, ha)
Perfection of roast cauliflower eyy?
I use “Ghee” (clarified Indian butter) on mine, adds an ethereal ‘nutty’ flavor.
