Aw! Now I *have* to go there! Chocolate Pavlova is an acceptable variation. I did try to make one once but it wasn't that great.

Hey Jonah - what did you order that wasn't impressive? Was it the Arctic char without any pea puree that taste like spring?

Max - you'll be proud - I went to a restaurant last month and did not order a pavlova because it didn't seem authentic like yours. ;)

We had a less than impressive dinner at Fraiche, but we did save room for dessert (enough that we each ordered one - 4 for the table!) and the desserts were amazing. Next time, I highly recommend trying some.

Max- this may be a sin, but they had a chocolate pavlova that I, of course, had to order.

Sounds great! Fraiche is high on my hit-list, too. Nice to learn it measured up to expectations.
