		<description>nice post.  i gotta say the farmer's plate was the downside of my meal at barbrix.  the veggies didn't have much flavor and while i'm readilly familiar with small plate dining, i thought the portion was ebenezer-esque (ridiculously small) for the price.  not like it ruined the experience, but it seems totally bizzare that amidst the ubiquity of farmer's market bragging and california cuisine everything that the closest more local aspects of dishes (vegetables) receive so little love.  rant. over.  thanks for the writing!</description>
