		<description>@SinoSoul - I totally missed out on Taste of the Nation, so I'm afraid I can't do a comparison.

@Louise - I agree completely!  It actually wasn't too hot at the event, but it's a different story when you're standing in front of a grill and open flames cooking for hundreds of people.  Major props to all who worked the event.</description>
