My friend Eddie Lin over at Deep End Dining has his first book coming out in October. It’s called “Extreme Cuisine” and captures Eddies expertise — putting stomach turning edibles into his mouth and in writing about those experiences in a way that actually makes you envy him. This is highlighting a friend’s creation. I’m happy to do it. Payola is when someone pays you to post something. That’s not the case here and sort of a crappy allegation.
