Thanks so much for the positive feedback, guys! Since we don't do this to become millionaires, it makes all the difference to get a kind word.

And to our WhyWeType friend, we brought our toddler and he seemed to like it just fine. But PolkaDots was closed. Darn it!

This is a great report guys. I went the weekend after LA Times Food covered the place, and it was crowded. Parking IS a problem for this spot, and if you miss the driveway, you've got a long block to drive around. I ordered two items that were fairly similar: a Thai slaw dog (I don't remember what they called it), and a Thai salad--both with chicken sausages. These were both absolutely delicious. The slaw was fantastically flavored, the sausage was great, I can't wait to go back-- WITH THE KIDS! Two doors down from this place is a new little cupcakery, Polka Dots. I've been thinking it's the perfect place for Dad to take the young'ins.
