The farmer’s (or is it farmers, or farmers’?) markets have been positively exploding with fresh fruits and veggies over the last few weeks. The stone fruits are bountiful, the cherries are still around and even lychees are popping up here and there.

I just got in from the farmers market and it was great! I am starting to see the beginning of summer fruits. There were 2 stands I saw that had cherries, and the woman said they hope to have cherries through Fathers Day, but the rain on Monday may have hurt their crops. [...]

The market was great today, nice weather and lots of folks.
Saw Micheal of Michaels restaurant (he was speaking french to some chefs) out collecting veggies and fruit.
Starting to see: lots of strawberries
Continuing to see: lots of cauliflower, broccoli, lettuces (all varieties- green leaf, read leaf, romaine), potatoes, celery, lots of citrus!
